1、 設(shè)備用途：

本設(shè)備依照GB/T6553－2014《評(píng)定在嚴(yán)酷環(huán)境條件下使用的電氣絕緣材料耐電痕化和蝕損的試驗(yàn)方法》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定和DL/T810-2002《±500kV直流棒形懸式復(fù)合絕緣子技術(shù)條件》的要求，針對(duì)絕緣材料的交直流流漏電起痕試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)，適用于橡膠、塑料等電工絕緣材料的斜面法交直流漏電起痕試驗(yàn)。

2主要技術(shù)參數(shù)

2.1  交直流兩用高壓試驗(yàn)電源

2.1.1交流高壓輸出

1) 電壓0～6kV可調(diào)，頻率48~52HZ，額定容量5kVA, 

2) 對(duì)5路試品同時(shí)供電，每路的額定電流≥0.1A

3) 當(dāng)其中1路電流達(dá)到60mA并持續(xù)2s時(shí)，試驗(yàn)裝置輸出電壓降≤5%。

4) 當(dāng)其中1路電流達(dá)到60mA并持續(xù)超過2s時(shí)，試驗(yàn)裝置保護(hù)動(dòng)作自動(dòng)斷開所有高壓輸出。(只斷開當(dāng)前組,其他繼續(xù)運(yùn)行)

2.1.2直流高壓輸出 

1) 電壓0～7kV可調(diào)，額定容量5kVA；

2) 對(duì)5路試品同時(shí)供電，每路的額定電流≥0.1A

3) 當(dāng)電壓為4.5kV其中1路電流達(dá)到60mA、0.5s時(shí)，試驗(yàn)裝置輸出電壓降≤5%。

4) 當(dāng)其中1路電流達(dá)到60mA并持續(xù)超過2s時(shí)，試驗(yàn)裝置保護(hù)動(dòng)作自動(dòng)斷開所有高壓輸出。(只斷開當(dāng)前組,其他繼續(xù)運(yùn)行)

2.2  設(shè)備動(dòng)力

工作電源：AC 220V；6kVA

2.3  污液供給和控制系統(tǒng)

1) 污液供給采用5臺(tái)微量泵進(jìn)行獨(dú)立控制，滿足5路試品同時(shí)試驗(yàn)。

2) 微量泵的流速設(shè)定和顯示通過觸摸屏實(shí)時(shí)顯示，微量泵流速控制精度要求≤0.02ml/min。

3) 提供微動(dòng)泵的校準(zhǔn)方法。
